Your role

As a team member, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with audiences of different technical abilities
  • Maintaining calm professionalism under pressure
  • Identifying customer / revenue impact
  • Creating, tracking and co-ordinating production incident tickets
  • Engaging the right on-call to resolve customer or revenue impact

As an individual, you are not afraid of:

  • Handling simple server hardware tasks (hard disks, memory, battery changes)
  • Learning about navigating the operating system
  • Following documented procedures


  • The ability to learn quickly
  • Willing to get the RHCSA and CCNA certifications
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work 8 hours per shift within a 24/7 pattern
