Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Allround System Administrator (REMOTE = NOMAD) on a freelance basis. This role is ideal for an independent contractor fluent in Dutch and experienced in system administration and cloud solutions. Responsibilities include managing and supporting various IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, and collaborating closely with clients to address their technical needs.

Tasks

• Provide technical support to clients via telephone or MS Teams.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 environments.
• Oversee the configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Servers (2019-2022).
• Administer and optimize solutions within Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365.
• Utilize Dynamics 365 Service Management, Field Service, and Project Operations for ticketing and project handling.
• Ensure seamless operation and integration of IT systems, maintaining high performance and availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to provide technical support and solutions.
• Analyze and resolve system issues with a focus on prevention and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with the company’s objectives and standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a System & Cloud Administrator.
• Proven expertise in:
  • Microsoft Windows (10 & 11).
  • Microsoft Servers (2019-2022).
  • Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Working with ticketing systems.

Education

• Higher Professional Education Work and Thinking Level.
